Eligibility for Refund

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items on sale, clearance, or custom orders are non-refundable.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
